P1-3 pupils were learning about the Ring of Brodgar in Orkney. We found out that they were built atleast 4000 years ago. There were 60 large stones in a circle, but now only 27 remain standing. The pupils built their own stones using clay, then we used different materials to make up the heather, grass and water that surrounds the stone circle. Mrs Wilson was really pleased and proud of us – what do you think?
